Augmenting Astrology

For The Dreamer In You

More than any other Moon this year, this one’s for the Dreamer in you. Check the stack. With Neptune, North Node, Mercury, Saturn and the Sun and Moon in perfect conjunction (new moon) all in Pisces, you could easily say it’s an unprecedented time for your dreams and all things liminal.



This lunation feels big in the broader context of the astrology of 2025. There are several reasons for this; the recently direct moving Jupiter and Mars, the upcoming full lunar eclipse on March 14 and Spring Equinox on March 20th is part of what makes this new moon as the seed and womb of this lunation extra potent and extra special.


SO, in honour of this Time, I want to give you some of the greatest Dream wisdom I’ve learned on my path and share with you one of my biggest dreams that is now becoming reality.

But first, perhaps some divine inspiration so you can take a leap of Faith. Or at least another step towards whatever dreams, big or small, that your heart desires to anchor into this physical world.

 As much as we are all connected (Pisces), there is a part of destiny work (Virgo) that is all you. 

Steps that only you can take. And there’s steps we can take together.

I like to think what I’m offering is steps in the direction. The direction of your dreams so this is all aligned. 

But any steps taken, any seeds planted during this new moon phase (Thu 4:44pm-Sun 11:11pm) could prove to be very powerful for your future life. Your dream life. 



Also, life is short and you never know when this round is going to end. Yes, this is a call to action. Life is a call to action. And there ain’t no pressure like soul pressure. But at the same time, I advocate for gentleness and grace in the process.

Go with the flow. There is reason to have faith and trust in that too. In non-action.

See Pisces as paradoxical.

Right down to its symbol of two fish swimming in opposite directions, tethered together.



Let’s face it. Dreams are hard. For me, Dreams have been very hard. But that’s in part because I have big ones.

Critical question:

Where have you been keeping your shattered dreams? 



When you go for a dream you take a great double risk: the failure to achieve it AND the risk of actually achieving it. Dreams are hard because they put you between a rock and a hard place. If you fail to achieve your dreams you’re a failure and if you achieve your dreams you have to first let go of the person you were and many of the things you’ve depended on for safety.



This has held me back in so many ways.

It’s no wonder that the biggest killer of Dreams is what?

Fear.

And one of the greatest catch phrases or pieces of wisdom for dealing with fear in the face of a dream I’ve learned from Virgo, which is this:

“It’s not failure it’s feedback.”

And the catch phrase from Pisces that’s been most useful for me lately is this:

“Keep Going.”

Put them together and you get “Keep going, it’s not failure it’s feedback”.

This reprogram works. Use it. Write it down and put it somewhere where you can look at it everyday. 

But to really empower this mantra requires another key-word from the Pisces/Virgo axis:

Humility.

Like the Serbian proverb

Be humble for you are made of earth. Be noble for you are made of stars

Ok, one more treasure from my so-called hero’s journey (life).

Something that’s rung very true for me, that’s very Piscean, and something I end up telling most of my clients:

Use your imagination! 


BUT…

use it in this VERY specific way. Use it to imagine your dreams have already come true. Taste and texture. And as you do so, look at your current life and make this assessment:

If you knew your dreams were to come true tomorrow, or next week, or next month, or next year (depending on the dream), what would you have to do now to prepare?

Which is to say, instead of wasting time and energy worrying about the “what ifs…”, put that time and energy into whatever needs to be prepped to welcome this dream as if it were a certainty and just a matter of time. 

There’s a bit more to that, that we’ll get into in the training, but I think you get the gist.



And so, what have I been up to lately? What have I been preparing? What is this big dream I referenced? Well I’ve already spoiled some of the surprise by mentioning the academy :p. 2025 has been absolutely wild and intense and difficult and scary for SO MANY reasons. I don’t think it’s an accident that I put myself on this astrology path in time for this year. But ultimately it involves helping people connect to their essential nature. So that they can better know themselves. And through that to choose the best timeline to ride this year out on.


A problem I had at the beginning and honestly keeps coming up as I learn about astrology and as I teach it and that is that the information is overwhelming, especially in the beginning when students are trying to synthesize planet, sign, house and aspects. Also knowing how to best integrate it into life was is also a major challenge. And this is a problem, I think, in the curriculum of almost every foundations course I looked.
